Print On Demand
Including print on site options
We understand that running an event costs a lot of money and cash flow can be tough to manage so we come to you with an innovative way to create and sell your merch all year long. With no big upfront costs, no wastage and a way to maximise profits; we introduce to you our print on demand service.
Print on demand allows you to sell your merchandise without any start up fees or upfront costs, you only pay for what is sold and you do not have any handling or shipping liability, this all gets done by us. This provides a free and flexible model with little work by you, to sell a wide range of products to your customers or fan base with 0 start-up cost. We are a UK based printing company, family run, specialising in Festival Merchandise and products.
The model is as follows:
1. We host your products on our website or you host your products on your website
2. We receive a fulfilment list from you at a time frame that suits you, such as once a
week, twice a week or once every other week and print the merchandise for you.
3. We ship the items to the customer.
4. We receive a fixed amount for the printing and postage of the item.
How does it work?
Firstly, we run through the product range that you want, this can be from hoodies, to t-shirts, vests, bags, stickers, cups, mugs and more. We finalise the design element to begin with. If we haven’t already, we then look at the colour of garments that you want and also pick the garments themselves, we have access to hundreds of garments, styles and qualities. As standard we use a range called Pro RTX which is a good balance between quantity and quality. We then get mock ups printed for you (these do come at a fixed cost so that we aren’t wasting our time or money), we photograph these for you against a backdrop and send these out to you. These are then able to be listed on your website or platform of your choice or we can host them for you. Ideally the website will give people the ability to order in different sizes, colours, quantities as this gives you the specific nature of peoples requests to order. If we host the shop for you, we then translate this into orders and handle these and ship them out via Royal Mail for you. If you host the website, we come up with a pre-arranged time frame to which you send us the fulfilment sheet of orders such as 2x L in design 1 or 4x M in design 3. We then translate this into orders and handle these and ship them out. We then request payment from you for our ‘cut/percentage’ per week. As mentioned, this would only be per item that you sell.
How does it reduce expenditure?
You do not have to have any start-up funds, for example, buy 500 hoodies may cost x amount of money, this money would then get you the 500 items which you then have to sell, and because the items are already printed, they have to be sold to not be a loss or they’re wasted. Printing on demand means that you only pay for what is ordered, when 1x person orders, you are charged for 1x items. This eliminates waste, stops you from having to have an amount of cash flow up front and stops you having leftover stock which is redundant. You could list 20 items for sale, and this doesn’t cost any more than listing 1x item, as the stock is printed on demand, there isn’t any waste to doing it this way. You expand your ability to sell more, without expanding the money that you are required to spend.
If you print my festival merchandise, are you able to print and sell on site?
As well as services for pre-show printing / the print on demand service, we also offer on-site printing services for events, concerts and similar. This is whereby a similar model is employed to reduce wastage and maximise your profit. We are able to bring to you on site a range of printing technologies to carry out order fulfilment on site. This stops your customers from having a limited range of items to choose from, they are able to choose which design they want on which item and it is printed on site in front of them. The team on site takes the orders, sells to your customers, prints on site, and returns the turnover to you at the end of the show.
